Two HBIS Employees became Torchbearers of Beijing Winter Olympic Relay, Show HBIS Staff and Industrial Workers Style in New Times
Feburary 3rd, HBIS Employee Zheng Jiuqiang and Bao Shoukun, as the representatives of Chinese industrial workers, participated the Beijing Winter Olympic Torch Raly. They were the 124th and 127th torchbearer and ran in ZhangJiakou Industrial Culture Park Relay, promoting HBIS and industrial worker spirits in new times.
After the recommendations of HBIS, Hebei SASAC and Hebei Province, and 6-month review of Beijing Winter Olympic Committee, HBIS Tangsteel Zheng Jiuqiang, HBIS Chengsteel Bao Shoukun won the title. In which, Mr. Zheng Jiuqiang became a torchbearer again, after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Torch Relay, he has become a torchbearer experienced both Summer and Winter Beijing Olympic Games.
Zheng Jiuqiang said, “the firt term I understood as a honor and encourage, the second term I thought it was a responsibility and ”. “I am here to represent industrial workers and represent the passing on my techniques and skills. With the relay of torch, we will promote craftmanship and make contributions to the quality of the enterprise”. Bao Shoukun said, “HBIS contributed its products to facilities of many venues in the Winter Olympic and the torch flames in my hand shows the passion of all HBIS people. We all wish Beijing Winter Olympic Games a great Success”.
